• For physical products: customers are responsible for compliance with local building codes, consents, and installation requirements. We provide goods built to recognized standards, but final connections (e.g., plumbing, electrical) must be carried out by licensed professionals.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

• We are not liable for delays outside our control, including customs, carriers, or third-party suppliers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A. Any disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

• For users in New Zealand, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, with disputes resolved in New Zealand courts.

• For all other users, you agree that disputes may be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction unless prohibited by local law.

12. International Users

• If you access our Services from outside the U.S. or New Zealand, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
